Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

2. Return Conditions

• Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and in their original packaging.
• Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.

3. Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there has been an error on our part.

4. Procedure:

1. Contact us at gamebox.retrofrance@gmail.com indicating your order number.
2. Once validated, follow the instructions to return the item.
3. Refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the product.
